After all these positive reviews, We wanted to see for ourselves...and they're all true! 😂 The welcome was fantastic, the atmosphere friendly and cheerful; we were made to feel comfortable from the moment we walked in until the bill arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, the owner was always attentive and smiling, and the photos are gorgeous! 😉 We had a truly wonderful time and we 100% recommend this place. For the chocolate mousse, don't scrape the glass all the way to the table! 🤣🤣 I'm saving my tarte tatin for next time! 🤣🤣 A big thank you for this wonderful experience!

The meat was far too tough; I couldn't cut it... And the glasses should be washed better... It's a shame because the owner is friendly and smiling. 🤔😒

Traditional cuisine, very good atmosphere, limited choice for desserts, but not too hungry either!!

The owner is lovely and the food is to die for (the chicken with Maroilles sauce... I'll never get over it). The bike race photos used as decoration are very nice!

Our Welsh rarebits were delicious and generous! The couscous was incredibly plentiful, and the dessert of the day was to die for (pistachio/almond cake). And the welcome was more than warm; our bartender was attentive without being overbearing, but also very funny. It's worth the trip, we'll be back! A big thank you!

We were looking for an authentic experience and we found it: the place, the friendly atmosphere, and the delicious, authentic cuisine. Passing through Roubaix, the reviews led us to this little restaurant – what a great idea! The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the menu featured typical Northern dishes (among others) made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! A little bistro just the way we like them.

A fantastic place to recover after our Paris-Roubaix race. Excellent Carbonnade (the best in the world) and a good Welsh rarebit (the best in the world) according to Jean. A lovely, authentic spot to eat local specialties.
