A small restaurant in the center of Ollioules that offers a daily special on the blackboard. However, there's always something for everyone; the dishes are delicious, and everything is homemade (especially the desserts, which are varied enough to please everyone, except for the ice cream, which is locally made). All at a more than competitive price considering the quality (around €15). The server and chef were incredibly friendly. We were seated in the dining room at the back, with a magnificent view of the Ollioules mountains. Note: some Fridays, it's aioli time! In short, one of the best, if not the best, restaurant in Ollioules!

Restaurant found thanks to Chat GPT after a targeted search: restaurant near Toulon with local cuisine and a good atmosphere. We are not disappointed with this discovery. First of all, the person I spoke to on the phone explained everything about the concept and went out of his way to find us a table for lunch. We discovered such kind owners, excellent cuisine and fresh products, everything you need for a successful meal. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent value for money. Simple, efficient, and generous. The menu is very limited but very good. There's a wide selection of desserts, all of which are very, very good. Thank you for letting us try La Gambetta. Remember to book in the morning for lunch.
