Cafe Ski Bar sur Cauterets

This is a great little hotel in the center of town. The staff were friendly and warm. The room was large and provided ample space to dry out our hiking clothes after a rainy day. We were fortunate to get a room with dual aspect, so it was very pretty. The decor isn't updated but it's very charming and certainly of the mountains. Would recommend!

We had an excellent stay at the Bois Joli hotel this week of August 15. The room was comfortable with everything we needed and we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to take advantage of all the many entertainments and activities offered in the city.

I just had 2 perfect nights. The hotel is great, the rooms very comfortable and equipped. Special mention for the small fridge and the kettle, perfect when you go hiking to keep the picnic and enjoy a herbal tea in the evening. And what about the welcome! I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a kind, caring and attentive team. Thanks again to Ambre and the rest of the team for this perfect short stay. I will definitely come back :).

We have just had a great stay at this three-star hotel in Cauteret, and we can only highly recommend it. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ambre and her team, whose professionalism and kindness made our experience even more pleasant. The hotel is in excellent condition, combining authentic mountain charm with all modern comforts. Our room was spacious, cozy and particularly well equipped. The attention paid to the cleanliness and maintenance of the premises is impeccable, which greatly contributed to our comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking mountain and valley views from our windows. Waking up to this view every morning was simply magical. The hotel's location is ideal, in the heart of downtown Cauteret, which allowed us to take full advantage of the nearby shops and restaurants, while being just minutes from the magnificent hiking trails. We sincerely thank Ambre and her team for their efficient service, their generosity and their always helpful attitude. It’s thanks to them that our stay was so special. We will definitely come back, and we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mountain getaway with top-notch service!

We had a dream week. The hotel is charming and has an ideal location in the center of the city, the rooms offer views of the mountains. And most importantly: the whole team, around the owner couple, has an impeccable sense of service, with that "plus" of the relationship which makes the stay unforgettable.

Stopping by just for a drink at the end of the afternoon, we were warmly welcomed and well served. Ideally located in the heart of the village.
