Cafe Ski Bar sur Cauterets

Once again, a flawless experience for this hotel and all its staff! We come here very regularly as a family (grandparents, children, and grandchildren), and for us, it's the best option in the entire region: a charming hotel with all-wood decor, very well maintained, with many thoughtful touches both in and out of the room, and a fantastic team: special mention to Ambre, Matthias, and all the staff (including the wonderful housekeepers). We can't wait to come back!

It's a wonderful hotel in Cauterets. It's fantastic, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the owners, Amber, provided exquisite service. They made us feel right at home, attending to every detail to ensure a pleasant stay. Excellent stay! The hotel is spotless, clean, pleasant, and well-located. The breakfasts are delicious, and what makes all the difference is the kindness of the staff. We stayed two nights at this hotel and it was absolutely perfect! It's very welcoming, you immediately feel at home, and Ambre and Matthias are very friendly and helpful. They have a superb sense of service. The rooms are very clean. We will be back!

The staff is charming, the rooms are both comfortable and quaint, and the breakfasts are hearty and delicious—perfect for starting a day in the mountains. We stayed there this week and everything was perfect! A very nice hotel, ideally located with a pleasant atmosphere. The managers are incredibly kind, always available to help and offer excellent advice. They have a menu featuring delicious local and organic products. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped. I highly recommend it if you want to have a great stay.

A true gem located right in the center, close to everything on foot. We stayed several nights. Everything was perfect for an excellent stay. The welcome was incredibly warm, the room cozy and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and plentiful with local products (fresh cheese, jam, honey, bread, etc.).
