Cafes San Jose sur Paris

It’s hot and cramped and the service is brusque with not much warmth (given the temperature in the interior it’s not surprising) but the coffee is worth all that! A destination for a kilo of the Peruvian bio which is probably amongst the best I’ve had.

A small, old-fashioned café in the Japanese and Korean restaurant district, it's kind of our headquarters with my colleagues. The best value for money in the area, a far cry from the trendy coffee shops where an espresso costs €4. Here, an espresso is €1 with a little chocolate popsicle—it's simply unbeatable! You can have your coffee there (but it's small inside 😅) or to go. There's sometimes a queue, but nothing too bothersome.

One of the best coffee shops in Paris: great atmosphere, friendly service, good selection of products, and above all, €1 coffee for several years now. Well done, don't change a thing!

Very good coffee and excellent value for money. The only slight downside was that they refused to serve us at 5:50 pm, but apart from that, I recommend it.

A Grand Cru single-origin espresso for €1.70?! What kind of paradise is this?! A real slap in the face to all those trendy "coffee shops" charging €3 or even €4 for an espresso!

This coffee shop serves fantastic coffee at a reasonable price. The atmosphere feels authentic and the barista is knowledgeable. It’s a simple order system and your drink is ready quickly.
