Campanile sur Bayeux

Excellent location if you want to visit the D-Day landing beaches. The American Cemetery, Sainte-Mer-l'Église, Colleville-sur-Mer, and Bayeux town center are all within walking distance. The room needs renovation. Breakfast is available upon reservation for approximately €15. Room service is minimal.

Basic hotel that is ideal for visit not requiring hotel amenities - excellent price - 10 minute walk to train station, 15 minutes to downtown Bayeux - exterior entrance next to farm and horse breeder - good (not great) breakfast - room was clean, quiet, good bathroom / shower, no issues at all

Excellent location and very clean rooms, comfortable bed. Big carpark on site. Welcoming staff and a restaurant onsite. Meals and breakfast was great. Walking distance 5mins to Bayeux centre and a good base for surrounding visitor attractions. Have used before and will continue to use. Highly, highly recommend.

The hotel is well located near the town, the welcome was pleasant and friendly, we had a comfortable ground-floor room with decent bedding, breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice and I think something for everyone, dinners were good with quality wine, and I found the value for money to be fair. The cathedral is worth a visit; it has beautiful stained-glass windows and a lovely organ. The town is crossed by the Aure River, which flows into the cobbled streets of the old town, where walks are very pleasant. We came to visit the Normandy landing beaches, which stretch from Saint-Martin-de-Varreville in the Cotentin Peninsula to Ouistreham in the Cavados region. There are many places to visit in this beautiful area.
