A very welcoming, well-decorated, and quiet hotel. All the staff were very friendly and efficient, and they provided us with all the necessary information and advice regarding transportation. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, the bedding was perfect, and there was ample storage. A very pleasant experience; well done to the entire Campanile team! 👏

A very well-located hotel if you're staying in western Lyon. The rooms are really comfortable and were recently renovated. The restaurant is also a good option if you're looking for somewhere to eat. The staff is welcoming and attentive, with a special mention for the warm welcome at the restaurant in the evening 😊😉.

We only had dinner at the hotel restaurant where we received a very warm welcome from the team (Pedro, Francis, and a special mention for Jérôme). We will gladly return.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were extremely attentive. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. It was very quiet. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very well stocked, fresh, and delicious. The well-equipped gym was a bonus. There was plenty of parking available. I highly recommend it.

A recently renovated hotel, well located in the hills above the Tassin district. Service meets the expectations of a 3-star hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel last weekend. The location is easy to access, and there's a secure parking lot. The staff is friendly. The room was new, modern, very clean, well-organized, and functional. The same goes for the bathroom, which is quite spacious. The bed was really comfortable. There was no noise around; it was quiet at night. There was also the option to use the TV. For half-board, dinner included a well-stocked buffet for dessert and appetizers, and the main course (with three choices) was generously portioned. I must mention the attentive service from the waiters during dinner. They were so caring! It was very much appreciated. Breakfast was also a buffet. Finally, the thoughtful welcome note on the bathroom mirror was a lovely touch! I highly recommend this hotel! I look forward to returning!

I'm currently staying at the Campanile and I'm very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are perfect. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. And thank you to the housekeeping staff who do a great job.

Pleasant stay, very friendly, smiling, kind, and caring staff. The only slight drawback was the parking situation. Very satisfied overall. 👍
