08/03/2026: We come to this Campanile hotel very often because of its location, cleanliness, very warm welcome, and responsiveness should any problems arise. The breakfast is generous. Excellent service.

08/03/2026: Excellent reception and restaurant. Too hot in the rooms on March 7th (24 degrees Celsius) with the air conditioning on. Too much light as well; the curtains didn't block out the outside light well.

30/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic, just like every time! I've been going to this restaurant for several years now, the quality has never dropped, and the service is always very pleasant. I recommend it 100%!
29/03/2026: We went there as a group one weekend, and the food is still just as good. We left without smelling of fried food like in most Chinese restaurants. However, there is one significant drawback, especially when you go on weekends and have a reservation: you'd like to be able to take your time. Between the waiters bringing you hot dishes as soon as your aperitif is served, keeping a close eye on you, and making you feel guilty about going back for seconds, well, the fight against food waste is all well and good, but if we go to this type of restaurant, it's because we're big eaters. So I'd rename this restaurant "Peking Express." You have to push your way through the crowd to get food, and if someone at the table finishes their plate, it's quickly cleared away. It's not very welcoming, is it? 😂
It's a shame, we used to enjoy eating there, but at €30 per person, you can eat just as well and in generous portions at a traditional Lyonnais restaurant.
I am a little disappointed, as I had praised this restaurant to the people I went with last time.

10/04/2026: It's a real shame to have such a beautiful place and not have a service to match. The tables aren't cleaned, and the ashtrays aren't emptied.
08/04/2026: Great brasserie, I recommend it now that the nice weather is back.
And they have a Chouffe draft beer, that's fantastic!

The best in the area.
18/04/2026: I ordered lunch today with my daughter and it was a lovely experience on the terrace. We were greeted with a smile by an employee, our order was served at our table very quickly, and the food was high quality. I recommend it.

13/04/2026: The kebab was mediocre; a large pile of meat is cut off the spit once the top is grilled, leaving the bottom barely cooked. I found the hygiene questionable because one of the two cooks was smoking a cigarette with a glove on in front of the entrance when I arrived. Then, once he finished, he went inside and touched the food (and the entrance door) without washing his hands before serving the customers. I was also surprised that my fries were served in a plastic container, as was the disposable, non-reusable plastic bag for taking my kebab away. I believe this has been illegal in France for years!
10/04/2026: Excellent food. Calm, quiet, friendly and kind service. They just need to work on wrapping everything properly. The taco and the fries could have been wrapped more securely using the aluminium foil. They also have a loyalty card so that you'll eventually get an item for free when all the spaces on it are stamped. I think that's great.

01/02/2026: We never received the pizzas we ordered! Despite two calls, it would have been simpler the second time if they had just said, "Sorry, but it won't be possible," or "I'm out of ingredients," rather than saying, "Yes, sorry, we're very late, but it will be ready in 15 minutes," and then no one showed up.
31/01/2026: Excellent pizza, a unique crust and taste. I just read the reviews and I see that there can indeed be delivery issues, but given the quality of the pizzas, I can only conclude that this pizzeria is sometimes a victim of its own success!
Personally, I've never hesitated to drive 35 minutes to eat a unique pizza!

Jolie déco, personnel adorable, prix abordables.
Mais carte restreinte, avec des plats faciles et passe partout, sans originalité, personnalité. On n'est pas ici pour ça. On vient par hasard, car la cuisine ne donne pas envie d'y retourner, mais attention, ce n'est pas mauvais. Non, juste sans intérêt.

24/09/2024: Opening of the brasserie at 8am, the impression of annoying the waitress, the chairs on the terrace still damp not even a wipe. Taking orders at the door and serving a cup of coffee on the table.
In this profession you have to have a certain know-how or else change profession.
And being a catering professional, I can't imagine this kind of welcome.

28/08/2024: I came home without buying anything. Deplorable welcome, excessive prices. I've been going to this bakery since I was a kid, but it's had a makeover and today's seller is more than execrable. Apparently pastry chef in Tassin it goes to the head because to the delights of the senses it is no better.
