We returned after 5 years and it hasn't changed: a few dishes, simple and tasty, very rustic but exceptional, the vegetable soup and tripe "a la mode Corsican"; typical furnishings and atmosphere, with old tools and plaques on the walls and traditional Corsican music; we had to go there twice in one week and if we go to Corsica again we will go back

Attracted, like everyone else, by the numerous plates of the little smart one, we were disappointed.
The waitress failed to smile. The dishes were OK but far from reflecting the multiple 'rewards' displayed in front. Hearty but poorly seasoned, with salad and tomatoes without any taste.
Finally, a decent restaurant, but certainly not the gem advertised.

A very warm welcome! A small establishment that only serves local food: veal stir-fry with amazing olives, pork with great beer!! Really. A friendly, fast, efficient service! I recommend !!!

On a été séduits par toutes les affiches du routard collé sur la porte mais aussi par la décoration originale typique et traditionnelle qui débordait d'histoire,
Le restaurant transpire l'authenticité, la vraie corse qui en a vu de toutes les couleurs et de toutes les époques.
Côté cuisine les plats sont copieux et goûteux, très locaux et intéressants. La salade de poulpe m'a scotché personnellement, j'adore encore plus le poulpe depuis, les lasagnes au fromage étaient tellement fondantes et délicieuses...
Si vous passez par là, arrêtez-vous manger, et vous verrez.

Had our best dinner in Corsica at Cantina Doria. The three course menu was fantastic and allowed us to try so many Corsican specialties such as soup corse, cannelloni with brocciu and eggplant a la bonifacienne. All for a very reasonable price of 35 euro per person including house wine.
