Excellent value for money. Very pleasant welcome and atmosphere. Beautifully presented and, above all, delicious dishes.

Absolutely delicious from start to finish. The starter and main course were very good, but the Snickers-style dessert... simply outstanding!!! Excellent value for money. All the ingredients are fresh and cooked daily. I highly recommend it!!! Lunch menu €20: starter, main course, dessert + a glass of wine. No complaints whatsoever! And to top it all off, the chef takes the time to greet each table at the end of service, worthy of a top restaurant! Bravo!

We ate at the Capion restaurant in Millau at the beginning of October. I had chosen the lamb sweetbreads. I know veal sweetbreads very well, as I always order them when they're on the menu, so I was expecting a similarly tender and delicate texture. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by this dish: the meat seemed dry and much too firm. I even had the impression that it might have been prepared in advance and then reheated or recooked, but of course, that's just my impression. I spoke with the manager, and the conversation was very pleasant. She explained that lamb sweetbreads and veal sweetbreads are two different products, which I completely understand. The service was pleasant, discreet, and professional. I was simply surprised to have to refill my own wine. The dish arrived very quickly, and the presentation seemed a little neglected compared to the standard I expect from a restaurant listed in Gault & Millau. I'm already familiar with Capion, and this certainly wasn't my last visit. My review reflects high standards precisely because I appreciate the establishment and will gladly return.

We had a fantastic meal. The quality was excellent.
