We stopped at the Capion restaurant and what a wonderful discovery it was! From appetizer to dessert, a festival of flavors for our taste buds! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! We will definitely repeat this experience on our next visit to Millau! Finally: there's more to Millau than just the Millau Bridge! 😉

We chose this restaurant based on the reviews and we don't regret it. We had the set menu for €20, including a quarter-liter of wine. It was good value for money, and we had a pleasant time in an air-conditioned room—just the right temperature—with friendly service. We recommend it.

23/07/2026: A good restaurant... nothing more. The starter was very good, tasty and well-prepared, the main course average, and the dessert mediocre. The service was friendly, as was the setting, in a large open-air courtyard.
21/07/2026: Perfect, fast service, friendly waiters, and excellent food. Just lacks a little privacy due to the distance from other customers.
