I agree with the reviews: I've never seen such a generous, delicious kebab at such a reasonable price! The owner is very welcoming and the waitress is very efficient... go there now!

Found by chance while visiting the city... we're from Normandy and love our food. We were absolutely not disappointed by the portion size. Heavy, generous portions... The owner is lovely and checks to make sure we have everything we need. A place we highly recommend.

Incredible value for money, I've never seen anything like it anywhere in France, and I've traveled quite a bit. Absolutely fantastic! Good luck to those who order the maxi kebab lol 😂 (PS: Don't pay attention to the negative reviews, they're clearly from competitors who are bitter that Cappadoce has bankrupted them and caused almost all the other kebab shops in Mende to close, poor things)

22/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Mende. The service was top-notch and attentive. The food was excellent. I highly recommend it. Book in advance, otherwise you won't get a table. We managed to get the last four. Luckily! Well done to them and thank you again for your hospitality.

16/08/2026: While passing through the area, we stayed at the hotel and ate at the restaurant/pub; it was simply excellent. I had the fondue specialty, and my partner had the burger. Both were excellent. The establishment has a charm that we also appreciated.
16/08/2026: The only place open on Mondays, so we're being a bit simplistic... however, while the staff is friendly... the service and the food are lacking. A rare Aubrac beef steak arrived way overcooked and tasteless (disappointing). My companion had obviously finished his meal long before mine had arrived. ...😞😠☹️ So, we cut our meal short, especially since the background music was making it hard to talk.
