We shared a "Fattoria" pizza (provola, parmesan, gorgonzola, and mozzarella) and a delicious, lightly sweetened tiramisu. The pizza dough was excellent, soft and light; we experienced something sublime.

Fantastic pizzeria in Bordeaux! The pizzas are truly excellent, with a thin crust and quality ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed them from start to finish.

An experience that goes beyond gastronomy. While the menu changes with the seasons, the constant is the love that goes into every pizza. Chef Bartolo is attentive and answers all questions with a big smile. You can feel his passion for pizza and good food.
Personally, his pizzas are among the best I've ever eaten, and they're all original. You're sure to find one you love. To dine in, be sure to book several weeks in advance. The restaurant only has six seats and is only open on Sunday evenings.
The whole team is lovely.
