This is my third visit, and it remains my favorite Michelin-starred restaurant.
The chef has incredible patience, considering the amount of work that goes into each dish! It's truly delicious, very refined, and the flavors are incredibly varied! The service is impeccable. We went two years ago, and it was a bit impersonal, but now there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Your taste buds will be delighted. The wine list recommendations are excellent. The champagne selection is also very good, with a wide variety of small producers. Go without hesitation!

A trip to Italy 🇮🇹. A true pleasure to taste each dish accompanied by a glass of exceptional Italian wine (a lot of work went into the selection), everything blended wonderfully. Well , testing menue including 8 small courses cost 130 euro. There are 2 really good bites ..- red tuna sashimi and scampi. The rissoto with raw shrimps and lamb are really not good and for me personally the lamb was disgusting..the desserts are ok.. we ate in a lot 1 and 2 star michelin restaurants and here there is not a single dish which deserves a star. Service is polite ,but "cold"
I gave 3 out of 5 and i feel i was too generous

Small, understated, and chic dining room.
Attentive and precise service. The €45 lunch menu is excellent value. Three courses that become five with the addition of appetizers and petits fours. Originality, generosity, and bold flavors. The famous pasta with seven egg yolks is worth the trip, particularly enhanced by fresh morels. The whelk and citrus starter is a surprising choice. The strawberry sorbet dessert is bursting with flavor.
One Michelin star that more than lives up to its promise.
