Good food. Good value for money.

I had the old-fashioned pork gratin at Cardi tonight and it was amazing! The pork cheek, ham hock, and pig's trotter were cooked perfectly with breadcrumbs! It really brings back memories of authentic 70s/80s food for those who remember! Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience!

A very pleasant experience at this small pub/restaurant. The atmosphere was friendly and cozy. We received a very warm welcome. The tables could be a touch wider, but we made do. The food was simple but delicious. We recommend the homemade dessert. Reservations are advised. One small suggestion: air conditioning. It was really hot!

A really nice place with great food. The service is pleasant and, above all, always with a smile, even when it's busy. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, we had a wonderful time.

The welcome and service were good. As for the food, €20 for the main course (butcher's cut with fries and blue cheese sauce) seemed fine until the food arrived. The fries were a very small portion (see photo). I ordered it rare, and it arrived rare, but the meat was boiled during cooking. The bread was elastic. The same thing happened to the person with me (the same dish as mine), except for the way their meat was cooked (they received four different cooking levels for the same piece of meat, even though they ordered it rare). For dessert, I ordered a molten chocolate cake, which ended up being a gooey one. My friend was lucky; he ordered ice cream, which arrived frozen solid. Personally, I think this place is fine for drinks, but don't expect fine dining.

I stumbled upon this place and wasn't disappointed! Fresh, local produce! Everything you could imagine, and delicious too! I highly recommend this place; the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

A very pleasant visit on July 5th. With aligot sausage and beef tartare prepared right in front of me, it was an exceptional meal, and my palate still remembers it. Furthermore, not being a big fan of Cantal cheese, I was served a superb cheese platter and a goat cheese instead. All this with very pleasant service. We highly recommend it. It's a shame it's so far from Touraine. Françoise and Michel 😂
