A truly beautiful and refined place. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with champagne and fresh fruit, which makes the experience feel special right away. One of the details I appreciated most was the evening turndown service. The housekeeping team is incredibly elegant and professional — their presentation and uniforms are beautiful. They prepare the room for the night with great care, arranging the bed, placing the slippers, and creating a calm, inviting atmosphere with subtle fragrances. The location is perfect — opening your window to those ocean views is simply spectacular, and everything is within easy reach. It’s those thoughtful touches and the setting that make the stay truly memorable.

Staying at the Hotel Carlton Cannes on April 19, 2026, for our vow renewal and our crystal wedding anniversary, was simply an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with remarkable kindness. The staff is impeccable, attentive to every detail, and consistently exceeding our highest expectations. At every moment, we felt valued, supported, and truly privileged. The level of service is exquisite, offering genuine comfort throughout our stay. It's rare to reach such a level of excellence… and honestly, there's nothing negative to report: everything was perfectly managed. My journey has profoundly transformed me. Cancer taught me one essential thing: life passes quickly. So today, I'm chasing after time, after every second, after oxygen, after life… and all those precious moments that give meaning to everything. Thank you for these timeless moments of escape, which will remain etched in my memory. A huge thank you to my mother for this unexpected and precious gift. We stayed at Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is stunning and really sets the tone, and the gym is excellent, one of the highlights of the stay. Service at reception was fine, nothing exceptional. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the room. It was on the smaller side, and the bathroom in particular was very small. We also had an issue with the shower not draining properly. Our main disappointment, though, was the breakfast. While the setup looks beautiful and the options are nice, the service was very poor. It was difficult just to get water, and every time we ordered eggs, they came incorrectly. Even after asking for corrections, they still didn’t come right, which became frustrating. In hindsight, we wish we hadn’t prepaid for breakfast for the full stay.

We ate at the Carlton Beach twice during our stay in Cannes, and the service and food were absolutely top-notch! Maud, in particular, took wonderful care of us and our young son. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

07/03/2026: My companion and I happened in for lunch after our intended destination was unexpectedly closed. What a happy accident! I admit I know nothing about the food of the region, and I speak no French (my companion speaks some.) The server (who I assume was the owner) was helpful and very kindly accommodating of our ignorance. The food was amazing!!! And clearly prepared from scratch with love. A meal I will remember for a very long time!!

10/04/2026: An exceptional place. A magnificent site which, after a few years of closure, has been completely renovated. The lobby is majestic with its chandeliers, high ceilings, and marble. The staff is incredibly attentive. Friendly and smiling! The breakfast is enormous but a bit pricey at 54 euros. In any case, in this category, all prices are high. I treated myself to a Coca-Cola at the bar for 14 euros. Served with olives, crisps, and cashews. The room was comfortable. The bed was enormous. Thick carpeting on the floor. Bathroom with shower and bathrobes. Numerous toiletries were available. Around 3 p.m., they leave some homemade treats for you to enjoy in your room. They prepare you for the night before you go to sleep by making up your bed, closing the curtains, and placing a small bottle of water on your bedside table. And, if you please, your pajamas folded at the edge of the bed! I was lucky enough to have a sea view. There's an outdoor (heated?) infinity pool in the central garden. Inviting sun loungers surround the pool. Soft background music plays, and the garden is beautifully decorated with greenery and relaxation areas. And above all... lots and lots of marble. An exceptional place. After that, it's hard to go back to normal life!

From the moment she arrived, every detail was handled with such warmth, care, and genuine hospitality—it truly felt exceptional. What stood out most was the team’s attentiveness and thoughtfulness. They went above and beyond to make her birthday feel incredibly special, with so many personal touches throughout her stay. Even her housekeeper wished her a happy birthday, which speaks volumes about the culture of the hotel and the level of care across every department. The service felt seamless and deeply personal at every turn. It’s rare to find a property where every interaction feels so considered. A truly memorable stay, and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an elevated and genuinely warm experience on the Riviera.
