For those who love good meat, this is THE restaurant to try! It's a bit of a factory, the atmosphere is non-existent, BUT, the food is really SUPER good, I've been there several times, I recommend!

Bien sûr accueil agréable, bien sûr service sympa et tout aussi agréable mais bon sang les ris de veau ce n'est toujours pas ça. Déjà par 2 fois nous avions fait la remarque au patron que cela n'avait rien à voir avec les excellents ris de veau du carnegie de Gerland. Non je ne confonds pas avec les cervelles patron mais chercher plutôt du côté de la façon de faire du cuisinier. Cette remarque n'est pas personnelle mais partagée avec mes amis qui avait pris la même chose. Ce plat à 33 € mérite beaucoup mieux.

Several visits, always well received, the dishes are excellent and copious, a cuisine like "at grandma's" as in the roadside and workers' restaurants before in a beautiful setting and with more careful dishes.

A little noisy but the dishes are so good that you forget the noise. The atmosphere is warm, which is also why the restaurant was full and yet there is quite a bit of space...

C'était ma cantine autrefois.... J'ai retrouvé l'accueil chaleureux, le service dynamique, efficace et attentionné, les mêmes spécialités généreuses de viande et abats de qualité. Excellent rapport Q/P. Vegan s'abstenir.

19/11/2025: "The best food I've ever eaten at a wedding!" That was one of the comments our guests made during our wedding. We are extremely happy to have chosen Ambiance & Saveur as our caterer. Exceptional dishes, simple yet elegant, for an explosion of flavors. Our only regret is not having had the time to enjoy the live cooking demonstrations during the cocktail hour, as we received so many compliments on them! The team's ease of communication and professionalism truly helped us throughout the entire planning process and on the big day!
14/11/2025: We are delighted to have chosen Ambiance et Saveurs for our wedding. The communication and event planning were excellent. You can tell right away that you're dealing with true professionals. Everything was perfectly organized from the moment they arrived, and we didn't have to worry about a thing during the event. And now for the most important thing: according to all our guests, it was excellent!

23/12/2024: I'm only giving 4 stars because of the quantity of fries (I only had 8 fries fighting a duel). Otherwise very good meat, perfect cooking, also good desserts and very affordable price for the daily special
17/12/2024: An unusual place at the wholesale market A real bath of Lyonnaiseries and many other delicious and well-cooked foods, directly from the market (ultra-cort circuit!), a treat for meat lovers but not only. To try for the atmosphere, the taste buds and the stomach!
