Carrefour Bon'App, France sur Lyon

Huge choice in this large Carrefour, a godsend. The shelves are always full and other world cultures are rather well represented with quite a few choices (Italy, Maghreb, Asia...). The checkouts are unfortunately rather slow with a huge number of people. The waiting time is extended whether in automatic or normal checkouts, which remains completely normal!

Inside the shopping center in front of the station, there are various products on the second floor. It's hard to find what's where, but once you remember it, it's convenient. However, I was hesitant to buy ice because it was only available once it had melted.

The Carrefour de la Part-Dieu offers a wide range of products even if I have to supplement with amazon.. But the staff is really professional, kind and friendly, which is very appreciable. However, there are organizational problems. Some shelves, particularly on the first floor, are much too narrow. As soon as there are two people, it becomes difficult to see the items, and there are too many products grouped in the same spaces, which makes the experience a bit chaotic. In addition, the vegan section is placed just behind the fish and butcher sections, which is not very pleasant for sensitive people. Better organization of the shelves would really improve the experience.

Large shopping center we loved it

I'm doing my big shopping. A huge advantage free home delivery minimum 100 euro purchase. The only downside to certain foods is items that are too large/fragile, frozen foods and fresh cakes. Otherwise we find quite a few things for what we need.
