Restaurant tried after a show. I arrived late but was still accepted, which is definitely one of the real pluses. The location also plays a big part in its appeal. Otherwise, the experience is more mixed. The pizzas are good, but far from generous. For a pizza at this price, you expect more quality and quantity. The service was still quick and the servers were friendly.

The pizzas are good, even very good, and the pasta was also enjoyed at our table. However, the €8 "café gourmand" was a huge disappointment, clearly not up to the standard of the rest of the meal. The madeleine tasted exactly like a mass-produced one from the supermarket, the small cake was extremely sweet with very little flavor, and the canelé was completely rubbery and practically inedible, even after dipping it in coffee. Only the small tiramisu was acceptable, but nothing exceptional for an Italian restaurant. It's a real shame, because the meal had been good up to that point. At €8, you expect something more from a "café gourmand" than a mass-produced madeleine, a rubbery canelé, and a cake where the sugar overpowers everything else. So yes to the pizzas and pasta 👍, but avoid the "café gourmand," which is really not up to the standard expected in this restaurant.
