We went there with friends; a friend had recommended the restaurant because she used to go there a few years ago.
The pizzas were very good, but the pasta carbonara was terrible, with a soapy aftertaste and undercooked guanciale. When we politely pointed this out to the waiter, he condescendingly asked if we had "ever eaten real pasta carbonara."
The desserts were very good, if you ignore the waiters throwing pine cones and hot sauce at each other with other customers... When we left, only one of the waiters bothered to say goodbye.

The restaurant is delicious. We ordered a halal chicken pizza and a seafood pizza, both of which were delicious. We also ordered a halal chicken Caesar salad. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice restaurant pizzeria in the center of Chamonix... They have so many different foods but I try only pizza...I was there few times and always food was delicious and taste... Chef make it excellent... Pizza is big enough, full of ingredients... Price is correct for Chamonix...You can seat inside or they also have table outside... People who work there is kind... All recommendations for visit and take some nice food if you are in Chamonix

I first came to this place 22 years ago when I lived in Chamonix.
A loyal customer back then, and back again today, I truly enjoyed my pizza and tiramisu. It was my first time going for lunch early in the week, so it wasn't crowded and I got a great table.
I've read some angry comments....
Personally, if I want an excellent pizza, I come here; if I want a steak, I'd definitely go somewhere else.... But if it's still around after 40 years, there's a reason.
5 stars for all the times I went to Valério's in the 2000s.
