An excellent place to eat in Chamonix! The truffle gnocchi were simply delicious, wonderfully fragrant, and incredibly indulgent. The service was absolutely fantastic: a huge thank you to the young woman and gentleman who were extremely pleasant and attentive. A great atmosphere, I highly recommend it! 🍕🇮🇹

Don't be scared off by the emptyiness of the downstairs area, seated dining is upstairs and it's wonderful. Nice waiting staff that do that little extra bit to make your meal just a little better and the food is delicious. Prices are very reasonable for the care put in and the atmosphere is good.

Cozy little street to eat on the terrace. Tasty pizzas and generously topped pizzas. The service was very friendly. The table was first set up perfectly straight and stable on the wobbly street, and then we could take our seats. We had the Cherie & Tartufo pizzas.

A wonderful discovery thanks to our son! The square pizza with burrata was delicious. And the first time I haven't been able to finish my plate 😅. Thank you for your warm welcome and excellent Italian cuisine; I highly recommend it.

Perfectly ok. £60 for two pizzas and two drinks. Mojito was really very sour and $15. Pizzas were just ok, very wet and soggy. Flavours good. Rammed close in an echo chamber on the first floor.
Nothing hugely wrong, certainly nothing hugely right - and process of being a customer is mad. Pick up a number at reception, walk up, hand it to a member of staff, then when you’re ready to pay go back downstairs remembering your table number. They get confused. Receptionist goes back upstairs, throws in a number with no receipt…you get asked to tip…then just leave flummoxed.
Whatever makes you happy I guess!

I had an absolutely fantastic meal at Joia!!
The portions are more than generous, the ingredients are top quality, and the bread is a truly amazing focaccia. Plus, there are plenty of vegetarian options. Honestly, I'd put it in my top 5 Italian restaurants!
