A truly wonderful experience. The service was incredibly fast and friendly, and the terrace was lovely. The confit pork and vegetarian lasagna were perfect! The balance of flavors was flawless, and the little touches of originality were delightful. For dessert, the strawberry parfait and the melon/watermelon salpicon were incredibly fresh and fruity, and the balsamic reduction was divine! The prices reflect the quality and service, but we highly recommend it!

Are you going to a restaurant to make sure you're not eating the same thing as at home? Then head straight to Cascarbar! You'll also enjoy a terrace on a lovely pedestrian street and a friendly team.

We had dinner at Cascarbar. The waitress was very nice, however, our vegetarian lasagna was very disappointing… The dish shouldn't even be called lasagna since it had nothing to do with lasagna. The manager was unfriendly.

We were very disappointed by this latest, but surely final, meal at Cascarbar. The restaurant is no longer what it used to be. The amuse-bouche (tasteless, dry shrimp fritters, clearly reheated several times) was disappointing, while the next table was served something else entirely. The starters were decent but expensive considering the small portions. The vegetarian lasagna was like something from a frozen food brand and had clearly been forgotten in the oven – absolutely no enjoyment! In the end, for a starter, main course, and dessert, you should expect to pay at least €40. Much better restaurants in Albi offer set menus for the same price.

My partner and I came for dinner last night and we were absolutely delighted. The dishes were beautiful, delicious, and generous for a reasonable price. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the servers were very pleasant and professional. We highly recommend it.
