The burgers are simply excellent: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and perfectly balanced flavors. The service is quick, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. I go every Thursday at lunchtime, and it's become my weekly must-do.

05/01/2026: We booked for 5 in the summer of 2025. It was one of the only restaurants open on a Sunday at the end of August with available tables. The pizzas weren't amazing, but we were happy to find a table that day. The owners gave us a warm welcome. Dogs are welcome.
10/12/2025: I've eaten at La Tratoria several times over the past few years. I absolutely love it. The restaurant has a family atmosphere, and we always receive a warm welcome. The pizzas are delicious! Best of luck to the team, and thank you :)

26/03/2026: Family lunch today at noon. Very warm welcome and excellent service. The dishes and desserts were well-presented and delicious. The only downside was the noisy restaurant, mainly due to the loud music, forcing customers to speak loudly to be heard over it.
21/03/2026: Good pizzeria in the pedestrian zone of Saintes near the cathedral. The crust was a little thin for my taste, but the pizza was generously topped and delicious, made with quality ingredients. The waiter (or perhaps the owner) was very friendly and smiling. He had a great sense of humor! The interior is in the Saintes style, all stonework and dressed stone, an authentic rustic style! We were very comfortable, with plenty of space at the table. We were delighted! The pasta dishes were a big hit with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law! I didn't try them! Dessert: Amarena ice cream, very good! We were thrilled and will be back! We'll be back again in October 2025 and March 2026! Always just as good, with fast and impeccable service and a smile ♥️
