A delightful surprise in the heart of Tours I walk past Casse Cailloux every day and finally decided to go in. What a great decision! From the warm welcome from the team to the meal on their inviting terrace, everything was impeccable. The perfectly seared salmon was just the prelude to an 850g aged beef ribeye that's not easily forgotten. The demi-glace, essential to complement its rich flavor, rounded off a generous and expertly prepared dish. Having eaten at places like Casa Juan in Altea, I can say that this restaurant lives up to expectations. Honest cuisine, well-prepared ingredients, and fair prices. One of the best places to eat in Tours. I will definitely be back.

I love this restaurant. I'm never disappointed and always surprised by the dishes on offer. A must-try! And a special mention to Yanis, who is lovely and very professional!

Excellent restaurant. The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all top-notch. A special mention goes to the young trainee waiter who looked after our table; he's clearly on the right track. He noticed there was a birthday celebration at our table and took the initiative to serve the birthday person's dessert with a candle, demonstrating the care he takes with his guests. Congratulations!

The restaurant was pleasant, but I was disappointed by the service. It was impossible to have a real conversation with the staff, which is a shame. The meal was good, but a bit pricey. So, I have reservations. I was left feeling a little unsatisfied.

Discovering Casse Cailloux during a dinner with friends, we were delighted both visually and gastronomically! The welcome and service were perfect. Special mention to Yanis 😉. The only downside was the noise, as we were surrounded by two tables of about ten people.
