A little disappointed... We expected better based on the reviews. The ham was delicious and so was the starter. Unfortunately, as for the dishes, they had no taste... The prawns were overcooked and the pistachio cream had no taste. The most enjoyable dish, however, was the Bolognese pasta thanks to the good tomato flavor. We will not come back but thank you for this beautiful evening in an ideal setting :)

Je mange régulièrement au Casa Castello, où l'on est toujours bien accueillis, avec une patronne charmante et qui maîtrise ses produits. Mention spéciale et gros merci à vos gnocchis véganes, car très peu de restaurants à Cholet proposant une option végane à la carte (se comptent sur la moitié d'une main 😅). Mes ami(e)s omnis et végétariens que j'emmène sont également eux aussi conquis.

Très bon ! On a tous passé un bon repas : des bons plats et un personnel agréable. C'est une adresse à tester et à retenir !

Très bonne surprise ! Nous avons passé un très agréable déjeuner. Le restaurant ne paie pas de mine, mais ne vous y trompez pas, la cuisine est très maîtrisée, les assaisonnements et les cuissons sont parfaits et les produits sont d'excellence. Je service était impeccable, sympathique et chaleureux. Bref, je vous recommande très fortement cet établissement.

31/03/2024: I'm staying to share for my first meal in this restaurant... and maybe the last. Friendly welcome, charming decoration.. but very long service arrives at 8 p.m. for a departure around 9:30 p.m. The quality of the pasta was not necessarily on the plate. In addition, orders were taken 30 minutes after our arrival!! Error in the order, we waited a long time. We left after the meal and do not accept paper restaurant tickets even though they are from this year. Shame..
