The food was always excellent. Perhaps the servers could be a little friendlier and it would be perfect 😀👍

I had a great time at Del Arte. Just one small negative point... my pizza was served before I had finished my aperitif.

The staff were excellent. For me, it would only be used as a last resort if I had no other choice, in terms of food.

The place was very noisy and the service was extremely slow. We pointed this out when paying and were told they only seat 120, but at some point, they need to be able to take care of their customers without making them wait almost 2.5 hours.

Castello le Bacchus

13/09/2026: Passing through Cholet for a short stay, we were very pleased with our time at this establishment. We were greeted with a smile and had a wonderful time. We hadn't booked in advance, but it's recommended to reserve as the place is often full. Everything is homemade, and we ate very well. Thank you, I highly recommend it!
09/09/2026: Highly recommended Sicilian restaurant west of Cholet! Friendly atmosphere, warm welcome, and excellent cuisine. Plus, a small Italian grocery store.
