A classic Alsatian inn but a little cold. Too much of a canteen atmosphere for my taste. Good food, good wines, friendly service. Just missing a little warmth from the premises.

I have been going to this restaurant for ten years and have no complaints. Very very good food. Our family reference for tartes flambées which are superb and well filled! Overall atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, decoration is quite modern while still having a lot of charm. A must-see in Niederbronn, you can go there with your eyes closed.

A friendly, modern-style place, offering a main course, almost breaded veal, is hearty and very well made, it is to be regretted an accompaniment of industrial fries not homemade... marring the image of a perfect dish.

10/12/2024: It's not the first time we've stayed there but it's a shame there are some negative points that are easy to correct. The charm of the old restaurant is no longer there! The staff lacks professionalism and they make you feel the end of service time quite quickly. Too bad... The quality drops... Decent hotel room and very friendly and courteous staff. Mixed review...
