A truly beautiful, charming restaurant. You feel welcome and at home. The food was fantastic, the service warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. We spent three hours there for lunch, and the time flew by. Highly recommended! We'll be back.

We dined at Buerestuebel on two consecutive evenings. On the first evening, we were so blown away by the food, service, and ambiance that we knew immediately where we would be dining the following night. On the first evening, we ordered the pork cheeks (incredibly tender) and cordon bleu. For dessert, we had a slice of homemade cheesecake (divine) and ice cream. On the second evening, I had to try the pork knuckle and I wasn't disappointed. It was the best pork knuckle I've ever eaten. The crackling was incredibly crispy, yet the meat was incredibly tender and juicy. My wife had the grilled sausage with potato pancakes and eggs – that dish was also delicious. The service was absolutely top-notch and incredibly friendly.

31/07/2026: A lovely restaurant serving Alsatian cuisine. Modern and stylishly furnished in an old half-timbered house, whose charm has been preserved. Excellent tarte flambée and very attentive and friendly service. In short: highly recommended! A well-deserved 5 stars in every respect. We will definitely be back!
26/07/2026: After a very disappointing experience at another establishment, we arrived here without a reservation, feeling a bit discouraged. What a pleasant surprise! We were greeted with a smile, genuine kindness, and true hospitality. The waitress was professional, attentive, and available throughout the meal without ever being intrusive. We immediately felt welcome. The menu is varied, with tempting dishes. Special mention goes to the pot-au-feu salad: a real success! Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, with that authentic taste reminiscent of our grandmothers' cooking. A true delight. Thanks to your warm welcome and the quality of your cuisine, our evening, which had started off very badly, was completely redeemed. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience. We will gladly return and recommend your establishment without hesitation.

La ferme mellon

09/05/2026: La Ferme Mellon is located in the heart of the countryside near Niederbronn-les-Bains. The setting is a blend of Northern Vosges and Alsatian styles. The specialty is Alsatian tarte flambée, offered in all its variations. The restaurant has a rustic style, with stone walls and half-timbering, a wooden bar, and a magnificent wood-fired oven at the far end of the room. I've never eaten such delicious tarte flambée. It was very generously topped, and the wood-fired cooking was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owner! 😁 The service was provided by a very kind and friendly waitress. The prices are reasonable. In short, a fantastic evening. I highly recommend it.
