We called when the restaurant was closed and received a very friendly call back shortly afterward – a great first impression! Making a table reservation was then completely straightforward. The food was simply fantastic: the pork knuckle was wonderfully tender and deliciously crispy, and the pork cheeks were also perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. On top of that, the service was attentive and warm, and the team was exceptionally friendly, making us feel instantly welcome.
A definite recommendation! We were absolutely delighted and will definitely be back.

We had dinner here in the evening, absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the value for money was excellent. It's a shame we only went once. Reservations are recommended as it's very popular.
We returned in October 2026 after three years, and we still highly recommend it.

We had dinner at Winstub Zuem Buerenstuebel and, based on recommendations, had reserved a table for four, which is highly recommended even in the off-season due to its popularity – the restaurant was fully booked for the evening.
We received a warm and friendly welcome, and were given advice in German. The service was attentive and equally welcoming to regulars and passersby. The dishes were all delicious and homemade. Since we had trouble choosing dessert, we opted for the Café Gourmand – a little bit of everything. The perfect choice! Highly recommended!

Great little restaurant, friendly and warm welcome. At least they serve delicious Alsatian dishes, which is rare these days. We'll be back.
