Simply sensational! From the very first moment, you feel welcome at Winstub Zuem Buerestuebel. The food is outstanding – authentic Alsatian cuisine, perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The service is warm, attentive, and truly hospitable. You can tell that the cooking and work here are done with passion. A place you'll want to return to immediately. Highly recommended! The Swiss ;)

I absolutely loved this restaurant! The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming; you immediately feel right at home. The food is absolutely excellent, bursting with flavor and prepared with care. I wholeheartedly recommend it! We'll be back.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at the restaurant and were delighted with the excellent service at table 101. The staff was extremely competent and attentive, and they provided us with expert and friendly advice when choosing our dishes. We were particularly impressed by the successful combination of classic Alsatian cuisine and modern interpretations. The dishes were perfectly balanced in flavor and creatively executed – a wonderful harmony between tradition and innovation. A big thank you to the entire team – we will definitely be back!

The food was incredibly delicious, with wonderful homemade dishes; the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and as an added bonus, the chef came around to each table to make sure everything was alright. We had absolutely no complaints, a fantastic romantic dinner 😊

24/05/2026: A very good place. We did have a slight wait for the menu, but the rest of the service was excellent. I found it a little noisy, but that's not necessarily the restaurant's fault.

La ferme mellon

09/05/2026: La Ferme Mellon is located in the heart of the countryside near Niederbronn-les-Bains. The setting is a blend of Northern Vosges and Alsatian styles. The specialty is Alsatian tarte flambée, offered in all its variations. The restaurant has a rustic style, with stone walls and half-timbering, a wooden bar, and a magnificent wood-fired oven at the far end of the room. I've never eaten such delicious tarte flambée. It was very generously topped, and the wood-fired cooking was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owner! 😁 The service was provided by a very kind and friendly waitress. The prices are reasonable. In short, a fantastic evening. I highly recommend it.
