Winstub - just how you could wish for a restaurant Warm and courteous service from the start; Plat du jour and shared starter inexpensive and of great quality. And as is often the case in Alsace, motorcycle clothing is no obstacle to great service!

A beautiful, small, authentic Alsatian wine bar with excellent cuisine and friendly service. The selection of food and drinks is typical of the region. The prices are reasonable and the dishes tasted very good. Very friendly hosts. Even the chef personally came to the guests towards the end of the evening. A good recommendation and definitely make a reservation.

When asked, “How did it taste?” I actually wanted to answer: "I've never eaten so deliciously." But I thought that was an exaggeration. So I just said, "Unbelievable." And that's it: unbelievable. How can you cook so well? I don't know it. The man at the next table reacted similarly. I hope that you and your team can continue cooking for the people out there for a long time. Many many thanks. P.S. The service was of the same quality. We felt very welcome.

Superb experience in this restaurant in the center of Niederbronn-les-Bains. The snails are succulent, not to mention the foie gras, the fish baeckehoffe, the chicken livers! The team is very friendly and caring! We will come back 🤩
