We had a wonderful time as a family. The setting is superb (on the terrace), the tarte flambée was delicious and very generous. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. And what can I say about the children's menu... Forget the children's menus you see in every restaurant (minced steak, nuggets, and the like). I was pleasantly surprised to see a beautifully presented dish (for a child), a lovely veal escalope, small vegetables, and fries. The food was very good, and the menu was inexpensive for the quality! I highly recommend this place! 😁

Warm welcome and inviting atmosphere; we enjoyed delicious tarte flambée on the terrace. Highly recommend this restaurant, you won't be disappointed.

A very good place. We did have a slight wait for the menu, but the rest of the service was excellent. I found it a little noisy, but that's not necessarily the restaurant's fault.

We went there during our stay in Alsace. The restaurant was excellent, both the atmosphere and the food. The waitress was fantastic, very pleasant and smiling. PERFECT 👍

We came for lunch as a family of four, including a two-year-old. The service was particularly slow (45 minutes for the children's meal), rather passive-aggressive (if children aren't allowed, they should state so), and there were no vegetarian options. We do not recommend this place.

15/06/2026: If you're looking for a refined meal, head to Windstub Buerestuebel in Niederbronn, a restaurant with a very high-quality daily special. As an added bonus, you'll find a friendly atmosphere and receive a warm welcome. I highly recommend it. If you're hungry and want a good meal, book your table early as this restaurant is small. Ideal for a couple.

La ferme mellon

09/05/2026: La Ferme Mellon is located in the heart of the countryside near Niederbronn-les-Bains. The setting is a blend of Northern Vosges and Alsatian styles. The specialty is Alsatian tarte flambée, offered in all its variations. The restaurant has a rustic style, with stone walls and half-timbering, a wooden bar, and a magnificent wood-fired oven at the far end of the room. I've never eaten such delicious tarte flambée. It was very generously topped, and the wood-fired cooking was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owner! 😁 The service was provided by a very kind and friendly waitress. The prices are reasonable. In short, a fantastic evening. I highly recommend it.
