A very good place. We did have a slight wait for the menu, but the rest of the service was excellent. I found it a little noisy, but that's not necessarily the restaurant's fault.

We went there during our stay in Alsace. The restaurant was excellent, both the atmosphere and the food. The waitress was fantastic, very pleasant and smiling. PERFECT 👍

We came for lunch as a family of four, including a two-year-old. The service was particularly slow (45 minutes for the children's meal), rather passive-aggressive (if children aren't allowed, they should state so), and there were no vegetarian options. We do not recommend this place.

I've been going there for 30 years and the flammekueche are always delicious! New decor, more contemporary while retaining the soul of the traditional barn.

We chose this restaurant for Valentine's Day and we couldn't have dreamed of anything better. The welcome was very warm, the service impeccable, and above all, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Absolutely everything was perfect! The atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the organization. A huge thank you to the entire team; we were absolutely delighted!

The food is outstanding – authentic Alsatian cuisine, perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The service is warm, attentive, and truly hospitable. You can tell that the cooking and work here are done with passion. A place you'll want to return to immediately. Highly recommended! The Swiss ;)

La ferme mellon

09/05/2026: La Ferme Mellon is located in the heart of the countryside near Niederbronn-les-Bains. The setting is a blend of Northern Vosges and Alsatian styles. The specialty is Alsatian tarte flambée, offered in all its variations. The restaurant has a rustic style, with stone walls and half-timbering, a wooden bar, and a magnificent wood-fired oven at the far end of the room. I've never eaten such delicious tarte flambée. It was very generously topped, and the wood-fired cooking was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owner! 😁 The service was provided by a very kind and friendly waitress. The prices are reasonable. In short, a fantastic evening. I highly recommend it.
