Coming from Chalon, it was our first time at this establishment, and it was a pleasant surprise. I wouldn't say everything was perfect, but almost. The service, the food, and the wine cellar were all superb. The price might be a tad high, but for two set menus (starter, main course, and dessert), two drinks, and two glasses of wine, it's honestly worth it. Don't hesitate to try it for yourself, but I would tell you to go without hesitation.

This was our first time at this restaurant during our visit to Beaune… The setting is magnificent… The pavé de serre was excellent, and the portions were generous. A lovely evening in a beautiful place… The prices are a bit high, but the setting and the cuisine are undeniably excellent.

An absolutely delightful experience at Caveau des Arches! We had lunch today at this magnificent restaurant with its authentic and welcoming atmosphere, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The Burgundian cuisine is elevated with finesse and generosity. The morel mushroom tart was simply exceptional: fragrant, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. As for the chicken fillet with Époisses sauce and fresh pasta, it was a pure delight! A smooth, rich sauce that beautifully showcases the flavors of the region. The desserts, as beautiful as they were delicious, brought the meal to an elegant and indulgent close. A true pleasure for the eyes and the palate. Special mention also goes to the wine list, which is varied and accessible, with choices for all tastes and budgets—a real plus that perfectly complements the experience. A big thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!
