As a former regular under the previous owners, I'm not finding the flavors I enjoyed there.
The service is very professional, the wine list is still extensive, but the problem lies with the food. The dishes are beautifully presented but sorely lacking in flavor from start to finish. Perhaps the new chef needs to adjust the technique…

The food was well-presented but lacked class and flavor. The service was particularly lackluster; we really don't demand much, but the gentlemen's attire could have been at least more elegant. Considering the price, it could have had a bit more class.

The owner is fantastic. The dishes we chose were exquisite (I had the monkfish, my friend the guinea fowl, and the chocolate dome for dessert. We paired it with a Hautes Côtes de Beaune). The atmosphere was serene. No music, as it should be. Napkins: large and cloth, likewise. The only downside was the waiter, who didn't impress us with his appearance or his attitude. Luckily, the owner stepped in, saved our evening, and brought our culinary adventure to a spectacular close.

A pleasant restaurant with a very appealing menu. However, the children's menu is a bit disappointing. I found it quite surprising that they only offered a croque-monsieur when the other dishes on the regular menu are much more interesting. It's a shame, especially when you're dining as a family.
Fortunately, after discussing it, they agreed to let our child have a dish from the adult menu in a smaller portion size, at half price. We greatly appreciated this gesture, which allowed us to have a pleasant meal.
A slight improvement to the children's menu would make it more in line with the rest of the menu.

Yesterday, I came here for lunch, as I do every time I'm in Beaune, and for the first time, I opted for the set menu. I had ordered my eggs mourette as a starter, which I love prepared that way… Honestly, both the main course and dessert were exceptional… Once again, I'm delighted with the quality of the food and the service; the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's a very inviting restaurant that I will definitely return to!

A wonderful example of French cuisine, without unnecessary pomp and gloss, but honest and very tasty.
We ordered snails in sauce for starters, and we weren't wrong – a worthy dish to pair with a glass of good Burgundy. For the main course, we ordered braised beef with potatoes and vegetables, and again, we weren't wrong 😃, delicious and very filling (we watched in horror as the couple at the next table ordered a cheese platter after this dish, and then dessert – they must be gourmets…)
The atmosphere is warm, almost homey, where time stands still.
