A small restaurant located on one of the side streets of the town of Riquewhir, with a limited but very traditional and extremely good selection of dishes; you can tell everything is freshly prepared. The staff are friendly, speak English, and are eager to explain the ingredients of the dishes with a smile and passion. Even when we made our reservation by phone, we were greeted by a friendly young woman with good English. The alcoholic beverages were nothing short of praise; we drank two excellent beers and two glasses of local wine (Alsace), the name of which I regret not remembering because I would have bought a bottle available in the village. I highly recommend this place, especially for families, who are very welcome.

Fantastic restaurant. We received a wonderful welcome. The restaurant was taken over in July, and the food is so good, just like Grandma used to make. Fresh ingredients, excellent quality produce. Beautifully cut vegetables and fruit on the plate (very generous portions). Lovely terrace and a fantastic owner (as well as her husband in the kitchen). Thank you for a lovely meal. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in Riquewihr again.

We spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant with five friends. The service was exceptionally attentive and friendly, and we managed to get a table. We were primarily there for the drinks, but we couldn't resist the food, which, like the wine, was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

A little hidden away from the tourist crowds, yet still popular, cozy, and inviting. Down-to-earth decor and a wonderful, charming, and multilingual owner, as well as the staff. A small selection of appetizers, plenty of main courses and desserts, all expertly prepared with regional and traditional touches and superb natural flavors. A restaurant just the way we like it: authentic, family-run, and cozy – a rarity in such a busy tourist destination. We'll definitely be back!

A very pleasant lunch on the terrace. A wonderful discovery with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, carefully prepared homemade cuisine using fresh, carefully selected ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Everything is delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert, and there's a fine selection of wines to complement the meal. A friendly place where you feel at ease and where quality is evident in every dish.

01/08/2026: Magnificent restaurant in Riquewihr!!! I highly recommend L’Écurie. This restaurant excels in every aspect one could expect from a good establishment. The service is impeccable; the waitresses are very kind, smiling, helpful, and offer excellent advice. The wine suggestions are interesting and stand out. I'm thinking in particular of the Chardonnay or the barrel-aged Riesling from Maison Dopff, wines that are less commonly found in Alsatian restaurants. The restaurant remains rooted in its local tradition with a menu of specialties: I highly recommend the green sauerkraut! L’Écurie offers sophisticated dishes, beautifully presented and expertly prepared, such as duck breast with cherries, or the daily special: a risotto with prawns and scallops. The entire service was carried out with great professionalism, and it was a very pleasant experience for our family. Thank you to the team for this wonderful time. Finally, the terrace and the restaurant's interior are beautifully decorated and have a very friendly atmosphere. Ultimately, you feel very comfortable there and have a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!
29/07/2026: In a magnificent setting in the heart of a historic city. A very good restaurant with excellent ingredients. The flavors are consistently the same. I highly recommend this restaurant. But I advise making a reservation.
