We had a wonderful experience! Friendly staff, great service! Delicious food! The beef short rib ravioli was fantastic! As was the starter & dessert! Definitely one of the best meals we’ve had in France.

Les Caves Madeleine, my favorite restaurant in Beaune! We always have a wonderful time there. The gougères are delicious, the wine list is extensive, and the dishes are flavorful and delicate. The chef cooks with love, and it shows in every bite. The service is impeccable, and the sommeliers are always very helpful. Go without hesitation, but do open your eyes once the food is served to fully appreciate the experience!

A warm and welcoming place.
The cuisine is contemporary, and frankly, I loved the steak tartare and the reimagined floating island dessert.
I recommend it.

A very good place. Intimate atmosphere. We opted for the surprise menu, which was a delightful discovery. The dishes were delicious. Good service and a special thank you to Julie who suggested an excellent wine pairing. We will gladly return when we are back in Beaune :)

Exceptional.
The tasting menu (3 starters, 2 main courses, 1 dessert) is an explosion of flavor. The pairing of the ingredients with the sauces is as subtle as it is delicious.
And the wine list: an encyclopedia!
I would love to be in that kitchen.
