The products were very good The salmon was very refined, tender and the oysters 🦪 very fleshy and tasty. The only downside was that the waitress was not at all warm, friendly, attentive, close... The service clearly needs to be reviewed I came after the rush at 3 p.m.

Great seafood, the gambas are to die for, the scallops to remember and their speciality, the quenelle, is simply amazing. Fabulous service. An absolute must!!!

Great to try the Halles de Paul Bocuse and this nice open kitchen restaurant. You can eat on high tables nearby the top quality seafood! Friendly team, great oysters, the gambas flambées were a killer. Will come back at next occasion. Thanks a lot

Cannot think of a single thing we would want to be better. Great atmosphere inside the market environment (maybe not for everyone, but for us cool on a hot day and vibey). Attentive and friendly staff. Wide range of fresh seafood, all tasty and beautifully presented no matter what you order. Fair prices. Good wine. Nothing to not like. Thank you!

Lovely fresh seafood spot in the famous food market. Great spot to grab a seafood platter while perusing the neighboring shops. We ordered a dozen oysters, prawns, and lobster. We got two different types of oysters - from Brittany and Normandy. Very different but both great. The shrimp were very sweet as was the lobster. Also got some wine.

At Maison Cellerier, we met a friendly French fellow patron who kindly helped with our orders, mentioning that larger oysters tend to be milky in the summer and recommending smaller ones for a cleaner, briny taste. Following his advice, we had an excellent seafood platter, featuring amazing prawns and fresh clean tasting oysters which were more savoury and briney than sweet, served with sliced baguette, butter, and vinaigrette. The meal was excellent, and while the white wine was good, it wasn't appreciated to the extent a wine enthusiast would. We spent around 65 euros for 2 pax and althogh wait times can be long and the line confusing, the overall experience was delightful and made so much enjoyable by the helpful guidance of the locals.

We had a nice seafood lunch at the spot. The waiter was very attentive and had a great F&B Knowledge. The selection of food is also very nice, but the served dishes were ok, but not convincing. Lobster a bit to dry, and no lobster cutlery was served, scampis were seasoned boringly. Les coquilles st. Jacques were great, but the risotto overcooked and almost no seasoning. Interieur Design is ok, as it is located in the middle of the Bocuse Halles.
