Having tried all the sushi restaurants in Dijon, and being a big fan of raw fish, I have to admit that Central Sushi's quality is superior. The menu is very varied and comprehensive, the decor is incredible, I highly recommend it.

This was my second visit to this restaurant during a layover on a Sunday. I really appreciated the calm atmosphere, the speed of service, and the friendliness of the staff. I'll definitely go back when I'm next in Dijon :)

15/05/2026: It was our first time trying a Michelin-starred restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised! We opted for the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert), which was reasonably priced for the quality of the meal. A truly memorable experience!

18/04/2026: It's the best 🍣 we had, the food was excellent, good value for money, the service was fantastic, very friendly good atmosphere,we will highly recommended to everyone, when you're visiting Dijon, don't miss this lovely Sushi King Restaurant. We will definitely be back.
06/04/2026: This was an unexpected find on Place Emile Zola…when I needed a bathroom ASAP. The seating outside is wonderful on the plaza in sunny weather. We had a roll, dim sum, white wine and green tea to eat…EXCELLENT! And the chef provides some delightful ambience with the food.
