Another lovely evening with friends at the beginning of August, marked by a real culinary crush. The rack of pork, accompanied by its three perfectly harmonized condiments, enhanced our gastronomic experience. Each bite was a delight, the flavors blending perfectly to offer a moment of pure indulgence. The service, impeccable and warm, added a touch of elegance to our evening. An address to recommend without hesitation for all lovers of good cuisine!

On the occasion of my daughter's birthday. A must at La Flotte. Mr Favier is the expert in the explosion of flavors in the mouth. Always new dishes and new combinations of good tastes. We are fans! Maybe maceron in the next culinary compositions?!😉

Our favorite place on Ile de Re’!
Small very attractive place with very interesting creative cuisine. Ebullient hands -on chef who manages this cherished restaurant with fabulous inventive food prepared and presented with excellence.
Everything is spot-on, delicious with an extensive wine list.
This is a DON’T MISS place, but you must reserve because of the limited number of tables. Small but well chosen menu. Not inexpensive, but well worth it.
Riz de veau with morilles is fabulous, as is the cognac soufflé for dessert.
Merci bien always to Chef and Madame for a consistently wonderful experience!
