We came this Sunday at lunchtime with our 10-month-old daughter and had a wonderful time from start to finish; everything was delicious and the service was perfect! It was a pleasant surprise, as we stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance, and what a find!

Delicious! Fast and efficient service! Easily accessible restaurant. We parked in the city parking lot, but since it was a Monday, there was even space in front of the restaurant.

Oh My God. Incredible! This was the best meal so far of our 2 week trip. The service and food and presentation and everything was amazing. Husband and wife run this restaurant and are so so nice. They were super welcoming and pleasant even though we spoke very very broken french. I would absolutely come back and would recommend to all who asked.

We had lunch at Chai Pascal and were delighted with our experience. Excellent value for money, with delicious and perfectly executed dishes. The service was equally outstanding, orchestrated with professionalism and friendliness by Karine and Greg. A big thank you to Karine for her excellent wine recommendations, perfectly suited to our meals. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Very kind people. Very good food, everything tasted like it ought to be, turkey, mushroom, cheese and definitely wine. Mushroom soup was great!

A wonderful time at Chai Pascal, with family and friends. The food was varied and plentiful; I highly recommend it. They also have a great wine list. I'll gladly return!

17/03/2026: A great place for lunch in Saint Emilion. In fact, I had one of my favourite meals so far this trip. I struggle with how heavy many lunches are in France. L’Absolu had lighter options including warm goat cheese salad which was fantastic. We arrived a bit late considering we had a tour starting at 2 but we were in and out in just less than an hour. We ate inside where the dining room is in a cave. Definitely recommend. Posted this to the wrong profile before. Oops.

O trois fontaines

07/03/2026: An entrance opens onto the street, leading under a beautifully decorated wooden roof adorned with string lights. The zucchini carpaccio with octopus is a delight! A superb atmosphere with soft background music.
02/03/2026: I would have given more than five stars if possible. A fantastic find in Saint-Émilion. Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious food. Thank you for a lovely evening.
