I must share a very pleasant experience and repeat it.

Excellent lunch at the beginning of January, everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, and the atmosphere. The dishes were perfectly portioned and incredibly delicious! Great wine recommendation! A wonderful experience, I'll be back as soon as possible!

A reliable choice, a cozy and welcoming restaurant with perfectly executed cuisine. Attentive service and pleasant staff. Not at all a tourist trap like some others in the area. I recommend it. Special mention for their canelés.

From the moment we arrived, we received a wonderfully warm welcome from Karine and Greg, an exceptional duo! Their hospitality was genuine, attentive, and immediately put us at ease. The service was impeccable from start to finish, always with a smile and genuine kindness 🤍 And then the meal… simply incredible! Delicious dishes, bursting with flavor, beautifully presented. We savored every bite, a true delight for the taste buds 😍 The setting is absolutely stunning, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and we felt so comfortable there. Not being from the area, we booked the restaurant remotely based on the reviews. What a wonderful discovery! The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious. The wines were excellent, but a huge thank you to Karine and Greg for their smiles, professionalism, and kindness. They made this lovely restaurant a truly memorable experience. The people of Toulouse thank you for this wonderful moment.

Truly wonderful dining experience in St Emilion. The food is fantastic- between us, we had duck, chicken, pork, & scallops. Each meal was delicious. And don’t skip the amazing desserts ! Owners Greg & Karen make the atmosphere fun & quite enjoyable. They obviously take great pride in providing not only superb food, but also exceptional service.

While visiting St Emilion on day 18 of our 26 day France trip, we visited Chai Pascal for lunch, where we enjoyed our best meal to date! We started out with the entrée du jour, squid with chorizo and mushrooms, which was absolutely divine. I ordered the plat du jour, which was duck confit with mashed potatoes and green salad, while my wife ordered the sea bass filet with risotto and white butter sauce with lemon. Each mouthful was exquisitely delightful, with a combination of flavors and perfectly prepared ingredients. Accompanied by a delicious 2020 Chateau le Conte St Emilion Grand Cru, this was meal that we wished would never end. Impeccable and friendly service was provided by Alex and Harine, who lovingly signed a menu for us as a souvenir. The restaurant itself is very nice inside with its exposed stone walls and wood beams. All in all, it was a most enjoyable dining experience. We highly recommend this restaurant during your next visit to Saint Emilion!

A very good restaurant, discovered today on the recommendation of the owner of Clos Julien, where we had an excellent meal. We were celebrating a birthday and it was a lovely surprise. We will be back.

We had a wonderful dinner and lunch. From the welcome to the food, everything was perfect. Karine and Pascal are very welcoming and offered excellent wine recommendations. This restaurant is well worth a visit. We look forward to seeing you again in Auvergne.
