An exceptional restaurant, undoubtedly one of the best in the entire region. The cuisine is inventive, creative, and exquisitely refined, with flavor combinations that are always perfectly balanced and surprising. The team is professional, attentive, and passionate, making every moment unique. The hotel itself remains an absolute benchmark in the Roanne region: comfort, elegance, and impeccable service. A wonderful evening on Friday, everything was perfect. The cooking class was very informative, and you were the expert instructor. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious, with a special mention for the salmon. The service was impeccable. Mixing the guests was a great idea. Having frequented this establishment since it opened, nothing has changed...immaculate cleanliness both inside and in the grounds. The entire staff is incredibly kind. Veronique, the wife of our brilliant Olivier, always gives us a warm welcome and surprises us with her smile. The estate is magnificent and ideally located. The welcome is warm and the staff attentive. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Dinner was simply delicious. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was excellent. Not to mention the breakfast, which more than lived up to our expectations. We had a wonderful family stay and highly recommend this place!

We started with 2 hours of relaxation at the spa then a visit to the gallery where we were welcomed by a charming person. Dinner, 🤗all our senses awakened. Thank you for everything 🙏🌺
