Excellent restaurant for dinner. Beautiful menus, refined and well-presented dishes, with some excellent amuse-bouches. Good, attentive service, with a good wine recommendation. The icing on the cake: the cheese platter.

We came on a Saturday evening; our children treated us to a set menu for two. We had a wonderful evening; the food was excellent, the spelt risotto was amazing, and everyone was incredibly kind and offered great advice. My only slight complaint is that I tried to negotiate a free, large-format gorilla portrait—it was remarkably beautiful—but it didn't work out. In any case, thank you for a lovely time, and thank you to the whole team for introducing us to this place and its delicious food.

18/10/2026: We were here in October 2026, just passing through. Since we arrived early, we first had an aperitif in the bar area and then ate in the restaurant. The ambiance is very nice, the service very attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic! I had the salad with baked Camembert as a starter and the burger. It was the best burger I've ever eaten. Not a ground beef patty, but more like pulled pork, although it was veal. Soooo good. All in all, a lovely stay!
04/10/2026: A very pleasant restaurant by the water with a superb view of the Allier River. The setting, decor, and tableware are all tasteful. The welcome is warm and the service is quick, efficient, and friendly. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. A great place to recommend.

21/10/2026: A must-try restaurant. The staff is friendly and very professional. Even when the restaurant is full, there's no wait. Exceptional! A varied menu with very competitive prices for excellent value. It's a shame the owner is so unfriendly. The cuisine is traditional, fresh, and mostly homemade. In short, you'll enjoy a delicious meal without spending a fortune in a pleasant setting. Don't forget the crêperie located just across the street from the restaurant.
