We paid more than €250 for 3 people (drinks and aperitifs included), to eat a tender fillet of beef... when you want to claim a certain standard, you have to serve impeccable meat.
Prawn risotto good, but not exceptional...
Dessert (souffle) rather ordinary..
A certain nonchalance from the manager when we reported our disappointment.
All this to say that we will not be coming back again.
22/03/2024: Frankly unacceptable, the homemade aperitif is very good, the sweets too, the rest is decrepitude, my wife had a breaded fish, it was extremely salty and canteen level, a non-existent menu 2 starters. (soup or snails), 2 fish (no noble fish), meat (no beef), two desserts, no children's menu, price level is 1 Michelin star, except that there is no level, the baba au rhum is bread with sugar water, it adds pure rum in front of you instead of a rum syrup, the chocolate dessert has no finesse and it is very disgusting. And the bill... the best, the child's menu is at the price of the adult's, after my remark, the waiter adjusted the price. Personally go your way, there is much better in Vichy for less money too…

Cosi atmosphere. I like this family atmosphere..Not disappointed with the meals, because we know what is on the menu. My husband had fresh pineapple for dessert, delicious.
29/02/2024: Good, welcoming personal atmosphere but mistakes in the orders, paying more than €10 for a poutine to only have fries with sauce.

Fairly long service. We arrived at 7:15 p.m., to be served at 8 p.m.
Dish too fatty in our opinion.
Missing a music font.
Quite a heavy bill.
Value for money, this is absolutely not the best address.
May be suitable for others but for our part,
I do not recommend this address.
12/12/2023: Good food in a beautiful setting. The only downside is a bit expensive. If you take the starter, main course, aperitif and wine menu, that gives you a menu for at least 60 euros per person.

03/04/2024: I came with friends this Sunday, we arrived at 12:30 p.m., first dish served at 2:15 p.m. We asked twice for our dish, the cook had cut himself, it seems from the reviews that they often have to cut themselves since that is the excuse given to everyone. We would have waited without any problem if the food had followed, but the sweetbreads were dried out and the mash cold. The frogs' legs were clumped together. In short, the dish waited as long as we waited for it. Too bad, nice frame. Note, we had for this entire experience, on a bill of 220€, 15€ discounts. Bad experience in the end

17/03/2024: Extremely disappointed by both the quality and the price and associated services. The room and the fridge were dirty, the bathroom too and nothing had been changed or cleaned from one night to the next. Additionally, the hotel has absolutely not been renovated in years and this is evident in every room of the hotel and bedrooms as well as the bathrooms. This is not healthy for customers and even dangerous for their health. Whether it's mold, a broken bathtub, limescale or peeling wallpaper, everything has to be redone. INADMISSIBLE for a hotel of this so-called non-existent quality. I regret my stay in this hotel and absolutely do not recommend it!
05/12/2023: We stayed here in May and had a lovely stay. The views from the hotel are amazing and the both the dinner and the breakfast was excellent.
