16/11/2025: A wonderful experience after a long walk along the banks of the Allier River. We received a very warm welcome, with smiles despite the late hour. We enjoyed a delicious salad and delightful desserts: their crepe cake is divine! There's a view of the Allier from the dining room, and in the summer there's a large terrace. I highly recommend this excellent place!

08/11/2025: I'm told the bread is good. However, I really felt like I was bothering them. The man was agitated; he took the bread out of the slicer without gloves, dropped slices on the floor, and even though I was spared the 15 cent slicing charge, this grudging, almost aggressive gesture of goodwill wasn't enough to increase my customer satisfaction.
03/07/2025: The sandwiches are very good and especially the raw chicken vegetables are to die for and so good. I really enjoyed the raw chicken vegetables and the service and the smiling staff. I recommend it to everyone.

15/04/2026: Honestly, I've never eaten such a disgusting burger: dry bun, hard bacon, and a strangely shaped patty. The verdict: a royal bacon burger destined for the bin. I should have expected it when I picked up my click-and-collect order (with only one menu item). There were no napkins, no fork to eat my fries and cheddar cheese. Only two out of four kiosks were working, so it was a complete mess... I'll be staying nearby for eight weeks (at a hotel), and I'll definitely go to Burger King.
12/04/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ McDonald’s remains a reliable choice for a quick meal in Vichy, with generally efficient service and orders prepared quickly. The restaurant is clean and well-organized, and the staff does everything possible to maintain a smooth flow, even during peak hours.
However, I find that the themed menus are becoming increasingly expensive compared to what they offer, which diminishes their initial appeal. Despite this, the overall experience remains decent, especially for a quick break.

22/06/2024: Restaurant Japonais raffiné dans un lieu chargé d'histoire pour Clermont Ferrand (l'Hôtel Dieu). La décoration est très moderne et épurée.
02/06/2024: C'est un endroit extraordinaire pour déjuener l'été. Sous l'ombre des catalpas, un repas simple , bon et pour un tarif raisonnable.
L'accueil y est sympathique et le sevice est rapide

09/08/2024: The view from the room is exceptional, amply justifying the three stars awarded to this recently renovated space. On the other hand, access to the rooms in building 2 leaves something to be desired: stairs in poor condition, no elevator, which does not meet the expected standards. In addition, the absence of electrical outlets near the bed in 2024 is surprising and impractical for charging phones.
As for the restaurant, after a disappointing first evening, we preferred to dine on our balcony the second night. Special mention all the same to the butler, very helpful and smiling.
After a day of visiting, we wanted to take advantage of the swimming pool. However, the organization is insufficient for a four-star hotel: to get a towel, you have to cross the restaurant in a swimsuit and go to reception, then repeat the journey once you have finished swimming, which is uncomfortable and impractical. A dedicated pool service would be an asset to improve the guest experience and could even generate additional revenue for the hotel.
In summary, this hotel has the potential to receive more positive reviews, but this requires rehabilitation work and service up to the four stars advertised.
