To top it off, the wine pairings were perfectly matched – the sommelier nailed every combination and explained them with great sensitivity and passion, without any unnecessary showmanship. A moment that perfectly encapsulates the spirit of this establishment: As we waited for our ride after dinner, it began to pour with rain. We were standing just outside the entrance to the wine cellar – and the attentive server even brought us an umbrella so we wouldn't get wet. This blend of genuine warmth and utmost attention is rare.
