Excellent time spent at Lionel Giraud's table, an elegant and refined atmosphere in a medieval oratory having seen many pilgrims before us. Like us, you will be able to witness an impeccable mastery of the tempo and find the reason for the trip to taste dishes created by the chef providing high-level emotions in a wonderful walk where the taste buds and the mind absolutely merge. Umami is there at the bend of the road, have a good trip. See you soon

Very nice kitchen! A pleasant evening and great culinary discoveries and surprises! If the setting was up to the standard of the chef the third star would already be awarded I think.

We have had around twenty starred restaurants around the world, including several 2* and one 3*. That of Lionel Giraud is quite simply our most beautiful gastronomic experience! The excellence in the simplicity of the service and then the humility of the chef, who takes the time and attention to thank his guests, make this moment exceptional. We thank them for this suspended moment!

It was our first 2*. We discovered a cuisine of enthusiasts with very beautiful regional products. The flavor combinations were sublime and the room service was perfect. We had an excellent evening.

02/04/2024: The steak was incredible good. We had a great service. The place is very busy, we were standing for a while having a beer while waiting for a tabe, but the waiting was really worth it. The place has a good atmosphere. También hablan castellano 🇪🇸 Please note that card payment is not accepted, cash only!!
