A fantastic evening in every way. A simple yet elegant setting. Extremely pleasant, warm, and attentive service. And what can I say about the food? Chef Lionel Giraud is a magician; he took us on a wonderful culinary journey through Occitanie. He's a very approachable person who welcomed us into his kitchen after the meal! Everything was perfect, balanced, and just right. The dishes were divine. Beautiful. Delicious. All the ingredients were sourced from the region and perfectly showcased its produce. I highly recommend it! We can't wait to return! It was exceptional!
