An exceptional moment for a surprising and delicious tasting!

We had a truly wonderful time. Chef Lionel Giraud took us on a journey of discovery through his cuisine and his wines – what a journey it was! We met passionate people who shared their expertise and kindness with us for a while. Many thanks again to the chef and his entire team for this wonderful time spent together.

Absolutely flawless, visit after visit. The magic happens every time. This restaurant is much more than a gourmet establishment: it's a true philosophy of life and sharing, embodied by a passionate Chef and his team. We always come here with our eyes closed, with absolute confidence in what the Chef chooses to share with us. The setting: Magnificent and profoundly soothing. The atmosphere is exceptionally serene, ideal for disconnecting during a meal. The service: Absolutely top-notch staff. In the dining room, the welcome is seamless, professional yet warm, immediately putting you at ease. The food: The Chef and his team do remarkable work. The dishes are consistently incredible: a pure delight for both the eyes and the palate. You can viscerally feel their love for the ingredients and immense respect for the work of the producers, which is beautifully showcased. In short, we love it and the pleasure remains unchanged with each visit. A huge congratulations to the Chef and his entire team for these magical moments!

Exceptional!! The welcome, the service, the dining room and its ambiance, the quality of the dishes with their truly surprising flavors that introduced me to new tastes. One of my absolute favorites, definitely one of the best gastronomic experiences of recent years. I highly recommend going there without hesitation. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We were disappointed by this experience. We were expecting a real explosion of flavors and more visually stunning dishes. Despite a very promising start, the rest of the meal unfortunately failed to convince us. After speaking with the chef, we felt that the "Petite balade en Occitanie" menu didn't deserve as much attention as the higher-end menus, as if one had to upgrade to a more upscale experience to live up to the expectations of a Michelin-starred establishment. The chef's manner also struck us as rather haughty, with a real need for recognition that made the conversation unpleasant. This is a shame, as it detracts from the overall experience. Beyond the food, the service also disappointed us and didn't seem up to the standard of a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. Only two out of four people greeted us upon our arrival. The waitress (redhead) spoke very quickly, was abrupt when she put down the cutlery and cleared all the tables with little delicacy and elegance, which contrasts with the expected standard in this type of establishment.
