The front-of-house team demonstrated great attentiveness and impeccable professionalism. We particularly appreciated the detailed explanations accompanying each dish: preparation techniques, ingredient selection, and the highlighting of regional producers—a true immersion into the chef's world. It's advisable to book in advance, especially on weekends. The waiters are very knowledgeable about the menu and wines. They make excellent recommendations and explain everything in detail. We loved the truffle pizza.
