A very good impromptu meal at Boris's. Warm welcome and quality food. The atmosphere was calm (it was the beginning of service).
I highly recommend it.

A superb culinary experience, but don't be in a hurry to eat; proof of this is that the profiteroles, which were supposed to be served with a warm coulis, had time to freeze.
In the end, the meal lasted two hours.

I came to eat with some friends on a whim and we were welcomed immediately. The food is excellent and there's absolutely no wait, from the moment you're greeted to when you order or when your food arrives! I highly recommend it, especially since the ingredients are fresh and high-quality.

Good evening, I'm not going to be unpleasant because I hate doing that.
We went to eat at a restaurant on January 31, 2025.
Sorry, but the restaurant lacked professionalism.
Cold meat, greasy fries, a waiter and owner who seemed completely out of it—I'm still waiting for my ice cubes. Lol.
It's a shame for such a well-located restaurant (Place de la Comédie).
To help the cook, rare meat should be hot inside, and a lid helps with that. You have until 2026 to improve this.
