⭐⭐⭐ There were six of us waiting for a table. We were left standing, but were still given a menu for drinks. We asked another waitress if she could clear some tables so we could be seated. One of the tables had pigeon droppings on it, which we asked her to remove. After she cleaned it, we also asked her to wipe down the other tables, which had been cleared but not cleaned. The cleaning was then done with the same equipment used to remove the droppings... Hygiene-wise, it wasn't great. The drinks and ice cream were okay. We may have simply been served one morning when the staff was overwhelmed, but the service and cleanliness were still disappointing.

John and Mathis were excellent servers at our table. They were available, attentive, and responsive. John's English is excellent; we didn't get a chance to test Mathis's. I recommend this place.

Jhon super attendant! Very sociable and his English is amazing! But before the guy with blue eyes with moustache attended us as well in an amazing way! Definitely we will come back!!!!

We came for a drink on the terrace and some ice cream, and it was a lovely time. The terrace is pleasant, the ice cream was delicious, and the waiter was really friendly. No complaints, everything went perfectly. A great spot in Montpellier 😊🍦

28/07/2026: We often go to the office. It's a bistro-style place with a limited but sufficient menu. The food is excellent and the service is always top-notch, with friendly and cheerful waiters. It's our cozy little spot before or after a movie.

29/03/2026: 24h front desk, great staff, clean, good wifi, just a great hotel.
24/03/2026: A major drawback of this hotel: the room doors either don't lock or are very difficult to lock even after being manipulated by staff at our request. This is unsettling; fortunately, we weren't robbed. The hairdryer was broken, and they offered to lend us one as compensation. However, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very kind and attentive. Good location.
