Hotel de la Plage in Cap Ferret, absolutely fantastic. First time trying oysters and caviar together, a real discovery. From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious. Impeccable service, the waitress attentive to every detail. A view of the water as a bonus. A place to discover! 🔥

The restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service.
The meal was equally impressive; the tuna tartare and sole meunière were superb.

It's admittedly a bit pricey, but we ate very well. Good service, no wait.
I've been coming to L'Herbe for 51 years, and I'm a little ashamed to say it, but this was only my second time here; the last time was 40 years ago. We'll be back.

We are long-time regulars at the Hôtel de la Plage and found the renovation convincing. The tapas menu is very pleasant and can be enjoyed on the dedicated terrace.
Our only slight reservation is that the service in the restaurant didn't particularly impress us, and the prices seemed a bit high.
We will return for the tapas, for the beauty of the Arcachon Basin at the end of the day, and for the fond memories associated with this unspoiled place.

A restaurant table (No. 80) for four, where we not only enjoyed the food and drinks, but also, and above all, the service provided by a young woman who combined friendliness and professionalism throughout, assisted by an equally pleasant young man.
It's so heartening to see young people so dedicated to their work, especially seasonal work.
Well done to them!
NB: This review concerns the restaurant, not the hotel (and a French version would be appreciated).
