We've been regulars at this restaurant for many years and have never been disappointed! Homemade food, the fries and apple pie are a real treat. Carmine and Paulette are fantastic!

25/02/2026: Time hasn't stood still at Le Vauban. Le Vauban brings culinary traditions back to our plates... I must admit, I was blown away by the simplicity and deliciousness of my dishes. The service was as warm as the smiles that accompanied every bite. I'll say it: I tasted the best cheese omelet in over 20 years... And I'm not even mentioning the desserts—they were simply divine. It's clear you'll be back!
24/02/2026: Hotel, restaurant, concerts—everything is absolutely top-notch! Just be sure to choose your concert carefully, as some are just okay, but most of them are excellent. And the food is delicious! 👋

23/08/2025: While passing through Brest, we tried the experience of the coup de fourchette, a very beautiful experience both in terms of taste and sight.
