Very good place to eat a really good cassoulet from Castelnaudary. Dish of the day (cod back) very good and cooked properly which is not always the case. Friendly waiter and chef. RESERVATION REQUIRED if you want a place

In a small, friendly room where you can see the kitchens, don't be surprised by the waiter who is a little cold at first, but ultimately totally sympathetic. Go there with your eyes closed for the cassoulet! I'm still drooling. It is divine: quite simply, nothing to complain about! You shouldn't miss it, really. Looking forward to coming back. Little extra for the desserts which are also excellent.

A gem for those in the know. A small restaurant with a chef with a big heart. Reserve above all is the key word. Don't browse the menu if you come there, the cassoulet will be your dish. Simmer for 6 hours for a flavor and a taste, a real cassoulet. Go there with your eyes closed. A delight

Excellente découverte du début à la fin avec en pièce principale ce fameux cassoulet. Qualité des produits, très bien cuisiné, et quantité appréciable. Digeste malgré tout.
Nous avons terminé par le cassoulet glacé qui est en fait un nougat glacé. Excellent.
Personnel très sympathique, explications des plats, convivialité.
À refaire absolument.

Faire les Landes/Castelnaudary pour manger un cassoulet eh oui 🙌 et surtout ne pas être déçu. Quel cassoulet une vraie merveille. Servi avec toutes les explications : origine des aliments cuisson de 6h c’était un vrai régal. Un grand merci pour ce délicieux cassoulet.
