I don't know if it's the best cassoulet around, but we certainly enjoyed it. The excellent explanations about its preparation allowed us to fully appreciate it. The specialty was served in a piping hot casserole dish, the beans were very flavorful, and the meats were delicious. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere vibrant with an exhibition by a local artist, but the bill was a bit high. It doesn't matter when you know that this same cassoulet is also enjoyed in Chicago... A great experience.

Hello, we visited on December 10th, 2025, and frankly, we had a wonderful time – a real treat for the taste buds and the eyes. Too rare in Castelnaudary.

Excellent cassoulet (€30, but very generous portion and made with local beans...), served in a warm and inviting setting, right in the heart of Castelnaudary. The desserts are also very good and mostly homemade (excellent profiteroles!). The owner is also very friendly. I highly recommend it, and try the cassoulet even if you think you don't like it!

First experience with friends at this restaurant in Castelnaudary. Refined, high-quality dishes, a unique blend of flavors, impeccable service, a friendly owner—in short, a very good place. I didn't try the famous cassoulet this time, but we'll be back.

01/02/2026: A wonderful discovery, almost like a one-on-one chat with the chefs. Cooked over a wood fire, expertly executed. Generous and delicious dishes. Definitely worth the trip.
30/01/2026: The staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant is excellent, especially the wood-fired grilled meats, which are cooked to perfection. However, it's a shame to serve tasteless mustard sauces in unopenable sticks! With a ribeye steak, it really makes it seem like a highway rest stop, which it isn't! Please correct this.

07/12/2025: We had a very well-prepared cassoulet accompanied by a salad and chocolate mousse – an excellent meal. The staff were very friendly. Well done, ladies, and thank you for your hospitality.
07/12/2025: We highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the welcome, the service, and the menu. The regional menu is excellent; we will definitely return. Furthermore, the parking lot is quite large; we were able to park our camper van without any problems.
