A must-try. A real gem. A cassoulet like you just don't find anymore. Completely homemade. Exceptional beans and broth, with a truly irresistible flavor; an unchanging trio of ingredients: duck confit, confit sausage, and pork ribs. Speaking of irresistible, we'll be back very soon... and who knows, maybe even by bike.

As someone who isn't usually a big fan of cassoulet, David has changed my mind about this iconic dish from Castelnaudary! This cassoulet is cooked with respect for local ingredients, love, and passion. It's very easy to digest, the waiter is very professional, and the dish is served with a full explanation. David, a unique and colorful character, tells you all about his cassoulet and how he took it to the New World, drawing you into his adventure. For us, it's David's cassoulet or nothing 😉. (For our bilingual foreign friends.)

Excellent restaurant, and not just for the cassoulet. Chef David offers high-quality cuisine using local products and delicately combining flavors. My partner thoroughly enjoyed the cassoulet. For my part, the cuttlefish and accompanying vegetables were delicious. The chef is passionate, and it shows. A truly wonderful place to remember.

30/03/2026: Fantastic place, very friendly welcome and service, a great cocktail to start with and a view of the chef cooking succulent meats over his wood fire. We also enjoyed their cassoulet, a real treat, and to top it all off, the bill was very reasonable considering how much we enjoyed this excellent lunch. A top-notch place, without hesitation :-)

The staff is truly top-notch, welcoming and professional, which makes all the difference. The atmosphere is wonderful and the setting is simply fantastic—you feel comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back! 👌
15/03/2026: A first for us at this restaurant. A warm atmosphere, background music, a very pleasant and comfortable setting—everything we love. A smiling, energetic waiter with excellent advice and, above all, very attentive to his customers. The food was high quality; we thoroughly enjoyed it. In short, I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.
