Of course, it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, and thankfully so, because for the price, the quantity, the service, the friendliness of the management, and the setting, I would gladly give it 5 stars.
I went on Sunday, September 20th, on the recommendation of some residents of Castelnaudary. As a restaurant professional, I have no complaints and I highly recommend it.

A very charming and unique restaurant on the road to Castelnaudary, with parking and, despite the parking, a terrace sheltered from the traffic. We were drawn in by the enticing aroma of the wood fire. The meat was delicious, having been carefully cooked in the fireplace. The staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely stop by!

On our way from Brittany to Montpellier we stopped for lunch at the Molino Verde (Green Mill), everything was very good, the service was good and they even accepted my pet, for me everything was perfect

The food was amazing. The tournedos was finger-licking good. The service was incredibly friendly; nothing was too much trouble. At the end of the evening, we couldn't find a taxi, and the hostess drove us away in two trips (6 people). What service!

We were greeted with great warmth even though it was the end of service, and what can I say about the food! We thoroughly enjoyed it! Sangria, grilled mussels, cassoulet—everything was so delicious! Even the children's menu is excellent quality for the price. This restaurant is truly perfect! And thank you again for your warm welcome.
