A very pleasant surprise!
The storefront is unassuming, but the food on the plates was exceptional. The dishes were prepared with patience and great skill. The service was cheerful and attentive.
In short, a restaurant just the way we like them.

Bravo to the whole team!! We had a wonderful time at Francky's! The portions are generous and so delicious! I didn't think restaurants still existed where the food was so good, the welcome was top-notch, the service excellent, and the food... divine! Doing what you do with such talent and generosity has become so rare that only someone from Lorraine could be at the helm of such an excellent establishment! Hats off to you! Both the food and the service are superb!

I don't usually leave reviews, but when everything is perfect, it's worth saying so! Especially by the sea, where you so often stumble upon tourist traps.
We had a wonderful meal, both adults and children. The welcome was also excellent: the staff were very kind, helpful, and attentive.
Please continue to preserve your expertise and, above all, the passion you put into your work, because unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly rare. It's establishments like yours that we want to promote and see thrive.

I don't understand the 4.7 rating. I was disappointed. The presentation of the dishes was poor, and the salad was hanging off the plate onto the waiter's hand 🤢! My spritz was way too diluted (for the price, it left a bitter taste, but not the spritz taste!). My fish was overcooked. So, there are quite a few things that need improvement.

It's always a pleasure to eat at Francky's in Valras-Plage! The portions are generous and hearty, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We enjoy a delicious meal every time, and the welcome is always warm, friendly, and welcoming. A truly excellent place that we happily return to. I highly recommend it!
