A truly delightful and enjoyable dining experience at this restaurant located outside the town center. High-quality dishes and attentive service in a stylish setting. We highly recommend it in Valras.

Honestly, a wonderful discovery with my friend this lunchtime. The manager was incredibly attentive and very kind. The dishes were delicious and generous for the €25 lunchtime set menu. It's a real shame it's not more common in Valras-Plage. We'll definitely be back. Thanks again!

A couple of friends and I tried this restaurant, which had been recommended to me. It was a great choice; it's truly a wonderful place.
The excellent, refined, and generous cuisine, the warm welcome, the service, and the pleasant dining room (with plenty of space between tables) are what make the Delphinium so charming.
I highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to go back.
