Nothing to complain about. The lunch specials on December 25th were perfect and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive.

For Valentine's Day, there was no hesitation in choosing this restaurant…it's my favorite for every occasion. Going there means you'll love it for big and small events—any excuse to enjoy seasonal, local produce and, above all, a warm welcome.

A very pleasant experience, a lot of work went into the kitchen, the dishes were beautifully presented, the service was straightforward but efficient and very pleasant. There's a real lack of restaurants of this caliber. I was impressed; being a true restaurant professional is a rare find! So, a big thank you to the whole team.

I booked this restaurant for my birthday. There were 25 adults and 4 children, and it was perfect, both the adult and children's menus and the service. Thank you, ladies, for your attentiveness and kindness, and congratulations to the chef. Excellent. Having a private room was a huge plus. Go there; you won't be disappointed.

The Christmas Eve menu on December 24, 2025, was excellent from start to finish. The waitresses were lovely and very professional, with smiles and kindness to boot. Thank you to Pierre, the chef, who was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time. Don't hesitate to come and try their exquisite dishes.

We came this evening as a family for Christmas Eve dinner.
A truly delicious and delightful experience, thank you so much for bringing us so much joy, surely the best restaurant in Carcassonne!
The chef even gave us a little wave as we left... fantastic!
Thanks also to the two very welcoming and efficient waitresses. They deserve a lot of credit considering the restaurant was full and the quality of the menu. We also found the meal time very reasonable for a Christmas Eve dinner.
Congratulations again to the team! We will definitely be back; I highly recommend this restaurant.
