We ate Casoulette (€27), which is a typical Carcassonne dish and was delicious. It is a hearty dish of white beans with duck and sausage but the type cannot be identified. He was very well prepared. They serve it fresh out of the oven. My partner ordered the weekend menu that included dessert (I think €34?) A delicious cheesecake of a perfect size. We share it. The friendly treatment. I think a thousand improvements could be made to make the place visually more welcoming and combine perfectly with the delicious food. By the way, now looking at the photos I remember that they gave us a complimentary starter. I recommend this site!

We came last night for dinner to celebrate the New Year.
An exceptional evening, a divine meal with flavors, colors and lots of pleasures when tasting, a service worthy of the meal, a big congratulations to the whole team

We came this evening, we enjoyed a fabulous marbled foie gras with apples and chorizo...divine
The service was impeccable, not a lot of waiting between dishes, knowing that everything is homemade, a pleasant atmosphere
