From the welcome to the cuisine, the service, and the presentation, everything was perfect. A wonderful discovery was the marbled foie gras with chorizo. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I'm not used to leaving reviews. But I'm making an exception this time. We had lunch at Fred's on Tuesday; we'd been wanting to go for a long time. We were delighted with our lunch. The food was delicious, the service exceptional, and Sihan answered all our questions about the dishes. We highly recommend this restaurant; it was a wonderful discovery. We'll be back to try their cassoulet! Thank you!

Go for it! We had the €35 set menu, and it was well worth it. The food is exquisite, the ingredients are top-notch. The vegetables are exceptionally well-prepared. It was delicious. The terrace is quiet and shaded. The waitress was lovely. A very pleasant experience.

Excellent find during a visit to Carcassonne. A very warm welcome and delicious food (I had marinated chicken salad and eggplant caviar fish). Lovely, quiet terrace surrounded by greenery.

What a find. The Food was excellent, quantities were generous and all at a really reasonable price. Would highly recommend Nb. Dessert looked great too, i just started eating it before I thought about a photo.

24/08/2026: Excellent value for money. Very good food, beautifully presented, served by very pleasant staff. A significant advantage: the restaurant has a car park. I highly recommend it and we will certainly return.
