A very warm welcome, beautifully presented dishes, and the cassoulet was superb.
We had been before and highly recommend this restaurant.

I booked this restaurant for my birthday. There were 25 adults and 4 children, and it was perfect, both the adult and children's menus and the service. Thank you, ladies, for your attentiveness and kindness, and congratulations to the chef. Excellent. Having a private room was a huge plus. Go there; you won't be disappointed.

We came this evening as a family for Christmas Eve dinner.
A truly delicious and delightful experience, thank you so much for bringing us so much joy, surely the best restaurant in Carcassonne!
The chef even gave us a little wave as we left... fantastic!
Thanks also to the two very welcoming and efficient waitresses. They deserve a lot of credit considering the restaurant was full and the quality of the menu. We also found the meal time very reasonable for a Christmas Eve dinner.
Congratulations again to the team! We will definitely be back; I highly recommend this restaurant.

The Christmas Eve menu on December 24, 2025, was excellent from start to finish. The waitresses were lovely and very professional, with smiles and kindness to boot. Thank you to Pierre, the chef, who was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time. Don't hesitate to come and try their exquisite dishes.

I had cassoulet and a dessert with a white chocolate and speculoos center and a creamy mango and passion fruit filling. The meal was delicious and the service very pleasant. I highly recommend this place!
