⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly special experience in the walled city of Carcassonne
We dined at La Marquière during our visit to Carcassonne and were truly satisfied. The food was excellent, everything well prepared and carefully presented: we truly enjoyed our meal!
But what made the evening even more enjoyable was the welcome: the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel immediately at ease.
We absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the walled city of Carcassonne looking for good, quality cuisine and attentive, friendly service.

A terrace shaded by large awnings allows you to enjoy the outdoors without being too bothered by the heat. The service is efficient and attentive. The menu is small but features quality ingredients. A delightful discovery: you can choose between the dining room or the patio in a calm and charming atmosphere. The staff offers a friendly and warm welcome and provides attentive service. The wine list is quite extensive, and the food menu, while limited, offers a variety of high-quality options. I came for the cassoulet and wasn't disappointed. I highly recommend it.

A very nice meal in pleasant surroundings. Staff attentive and knowledgeable. Good quality food & drink. We sat in the terrace garden at the rear. Maybe have a bit of soft background music to make it a bit less stuffy.
