Beautiful restaurant. Amazing food and great service. Our French is very limited but the staff were so accommodating and entertaining which made the whole experience even better. We would highly recommend.

The food has been exceptionally delicious. But what we liked the most, the staff, the guy Florián who served us. He told us many things about the history of Occitan and took great care of us. The place is cozy and pleasant, it is two floors, you have to climb stairs.

Excellent food!!!! Server a little cold but very courteous and impeccable service, on the contrary the waitress is very nice and friendly, good team work. Restaurant to recommend.

We can only say good things about this restaurant, we dined like kings and queens at La Marquière. A table for 10 people. 10/10 for the service, the atmosphere, the presentation of the dishes, all our congratulations to the chef but also to our "favorite scholarly historian, adorably friendly tour while being an excellent professional", Florian fascinated us, captivated by his way of tell us the history of Carcassonne and Occitania. Thank you wholeheartedly for your warm welcome to the entire La Marquière team. Very good table. Few dishes on the menu but real cuisine created by a chef who knows his job. Normal wait, pleasant service, good cooking of fish and meat, good wine list. Little extra: Spacious and spotless toilets.
