There are so many adjectives in the French language to express the well-being that food can provide, but they still don't seem strong enough. For years I've been searching for a restaurant worthy of the name—or should I say a "bistro-style" restaurant? That's exactly the right word: generous dishes in a magical, cozy, and warm setting, reflecting the spirit of the team and the chef. The sauces are exceptional; they elevate every bite. The vegetables, both crisp and meltingly tender, perfectly fulfill all the promised flavors. A huge thank you for the wine selection and the respect you show for your ingredients. I was transported to another planet for two hours: a true culinary ecstasy. The soft-boiled egg is offered at a reasonable price, and the shrimp with sea urchin butter are a magical discovery. Thank you for this experience, and best wishes for a long and successful future. I hope to return soon!
